I believe therapy does not “fix” you. You are not broken. Therapy is a process of uncovering what is already within you — insight, strength, clarity, and capacity for change.
My work is grounded in the belief that clients already hold the answers inside themselves. My role is to help you access them, challenge the patterns that obscure them, and build the structure needed to move forward intentionally.
I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches depending on your needs.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and restructure unhelpful thought patterns, perfectionism loops, and anxiety-driven behaviors.
Equine-Assisted
For clients interested in experiential work, I also incorporate equine-assisted therapy principles. Working with horses can offer powerful feedback around boundaries, emotional regulation, leadership, and authenticity.
MI
Motivational Interviewing (MI) to strengthen internal motivation, resolve ambivalence, and support sustainable change.
Solution-Focused
Solution-Focused techniques to maintain forward momentum, clarify goals, and translate insight into actionable steps.
